We provide a complete advisory and planning service for booking awards with any airline.
The service fee for advice, planning and availability checking / confirmation is payable as we finalise this. Needs vary, but to keep it simple we operate a fixed price service fee as follows:
- For standard one-way or return trips: GBP75/USD125 per route per passenger
- For multiple-stop or round the world complex booking: GBP100/USD150
We will only take payment if you are happy with the solution we come up with, and like to operate a fair ‘payment if satisfied’ system.
This fee includes everything. We will assist you plan a route, search availability with all airlines, and do all we can to find the seats you need. In some cases we can book with the airlines for you. If you need further assistance to check options for changes or assistance with problems / airlines after your ticket is booked we can do that too for no extra charge.
We really do know all the options for making this work for you. We can’t guarantee availability on a particular flight for you of course, but we guarantee to find you the best options for what you want to do. We can deal direct by email, or phone if you prefer, and save you hours of time and frustration dealing with airlines direct.
